Payment Options: We accept UPI, card payments and cash.

Delivery Timelines: Local deliveries are fulfilled on the day of placing the order itself. Delays due to weather, logistics, or inventory will be communicated proactively.

Packaging: We use plastic packaging for practicality and product safety. We are actively exploring alternatives and recycling practices to reduce our plastic footprint.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We value fairness and flexibility. Here’s our approach:

Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. After that, cancellation is subject to discretion based on packing and shipping status.

Refunds & Replacements: If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and perishability, fresh produce, dairy, pantry essentials, and handcrafted items are not returnable unless there is a valid quality issue.

Mode of Refund: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
